AI phone systems in Greece: every solution, compared.

If you run a business in Greece, a hotel, a clinic, a real estate agency, and you want an AI to answer your phone in natural Greek (and English, and German), you will quickly find that the market has more options than you expected, and almost no comparisons between them. So we wrote one.

The three pricing models

1. Subscription with minute bundles. A monthly fee including X minutes of talk time. Predictable on paper, with two traps: use fewer minutes than the bundle and your real per-minute price doubles or worse; use more and you pay overage or upgrade.

2. Quote-based. No published price. You book a demo, talk to sales, get a custom offer, usually with an integration project attached. Suits large organisations; costs you time before it costs you money.

3. Pure usage, no monthly fee. You pay only for minutes actually spoken. Nothing in months when the phone is quiet, which matters enormously in a market as seasonal as Greece. As far as we could verify, we are the only vendor offering this model.

Who fits what, honestly

Voice Logica is the market's most prominent player: its own voice engine, an AI award, enterprise focus. If you are a large organisation that wants a delivery team handling heavy CRM/ERP integration from day one, it is built exactly for that.

Alveni AI is hotel-specialised with 32 languages and serious pedigree, strongest if your property runs on Central European systems (Mews, Apaleo). Its published integrations do not include Greek reservation systems at the time of writing, and its demo line is a German number.

Lovacall and AIcallcenter are sensible subscription options if your call volume is stable and predictable year-round, and you will actually use the bundle every month.
